Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, all sales and service engagements with Alagata Studios are considered final. However, we understand that each project is unique — and client satisfaction is important to us.

Case-by-Case Consideration

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the following:

  • The stage of project completion

  • The type of service or asset delivered

  • Whether the issue arises from unmet expectations or deliverable discrepancies

  • Any documented changes or approvals made during the project lifecycle

We reserve the right to deny or approve refunds at our sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are typically non-refundable:

  • Work already completed and approved

  • Creative dissatisfaction after design or production phases where direction was client-approved

  • Delays caused by client inaction, miscommunication, or missing information

  • Third-party costs that where previously agreed to be the responsibility of the client

  • Any costs or fees that were not initially agreed upon in writing or that were amended to any other agreement. 

Resolution Options

In cases where a refund is not issued, we may offer:

  • Project revisions

  • Service credits

  • A revised timeline or additional consultation

Our goal is to find a fair solution whenever possible.
